Akshit Productions

Akshit Productions is based at 176 D in Pocket F of GTB Enclave in Delhi. Our workspace isn't a massive film studio; it’s really just a small room where we keep our cameras and computers. Most days, you’ll find us surrounded by tangled cables and hard drives. We do all sorts of production work, like filming and editing videos for people. It’s not as glamorous as it sounds. A lot of it is just sitting in a dark room for hours, trying to get the timing of a cut just right. Delhi is a loud and busy place, so we often have to work around the noise when we are recording. We don't have any fancy mission statements or a marketing team. We just take on the projects that come our way and try to make them look as good as we can with the gear we have. Sometimes the equipment acts up or a project takes much longer than we thought it would. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people; we just explain what we can do and then go do it. It’s a small, honest operation. We like the fact that we can handle everything ourselves from start to finish. If you drop by GTB Enclave, you’ll probably see us busy at our desks or packing up bags for a shoot somewhere.
