Aegis Bpo

You can find us over at Flat No 1 in the Prayag Apartments. This is in the B L block of Vasundhra Enclave in Delhi, 110096. Being in a ground floor flat makes it easy to get in and out, and we have a small bit of space outside where we can stand for a bit of air. Aegis Bpo has been here for a while. The building is an older apartment complex, so it has that lived-in feel which we actually like. It is much better than those cold glass buildings you see in Noida or Gurgaon. Inside, we have lined up the tables along the walls to make space for the wires and the UPS systems. It is a bit cramped when the whole shift is in, but we make it work. The neighbors are mostly families, so we have to keep the noise down, especially during the night shifts. We mainly do back-office support and handle a lot of paperwork and digital files. There is a small market nearby where we get our stationery and snacks. It is a very basic operation without any fancy trimmings. We just show up, log in, and get through the list of things to do for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we have two connections just in case. It is an honest living in a quiet corner of Delhi where we just do our jobs.
