Adyation Consultancy Llp is located at C 188 in Nirman Vihar, on the upper ground floor. Being in Nirman Vihar means we are quite close to the metro station, which is very convenient for everyone on the team. The office is on the upper ground floor, so it’s just a few steps up from the street level. It’s a compact space that we’ve tried to organize as best as we can over the years. We do consultancy work, so the office is mostly desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks filled with ideas. There isn't a lot of decorative stuff around; we have a calendar on the wall and a clock that is about five minutes fast. We haven't bothered to fix the clock because it actually helps us stay on schedule and not be late for things. The neighborhood is full of other small businesses and shops, so there is always a lot of energy around. We often hear the vendors calling out in the street during the day. Inside, it’s a bit more focused and quiet. We spend our hours researching and putting together plans for our projects. It’s not a corporate environment with strict rules about where you sit or when you take a break. We just work until the job is done for the day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do.
