Aayur Masale Private Limited

We've been running Aayur Masale Private Limited from Flat No 1 at Tanay Plazalaxminagar for a while now. It’s a small operation but we keep busy with the grinding and packing every day. Most of the time it's just the sound of the machines and the smell of turmeric and chili in the air. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just this ground-floor spot where we get things done. It gets a bit dusty sometimes, but that’s how it is when you’re dealing with spices. People around here know where we are if they need something for their kitchen. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the work done right. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the traffic around here is a mess, but we manage. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We spend a lot of time checking the bags and making sure the seals are tight. My hands usually smell like coriander even after I wash them three times. It's funny how that happens. Anyway, this is where we work and stay busy. We’ve been at this location for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the routine. We don't talk much about goals or plans, we just show up and start the day. That's pretty much the story of our small setup here in the plaza.
