Our office is on the second floor of House Number 49 in Shanti Mohalla. It’s in the Mandawali area of East Delhi, which is a pretty crowded and lively part of town. If you know Delhi, you know how these neighborhoods are. We’ve been here at A 1 Consultants Corporation for some time now. We aren't those high-rise consultants with fancy suits and silk ties. We’re just regular folks working in a regular building. The walk up to the second floor keeps us active, I guess. Inside, we have our desks and a whole lot of folders. We help people with various things, mostly giving advice or sorting out paperwork they can't figure out themselves. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing. Some days the noise from the street is quite loud, but we’ve gotten used to it by now. Shanti Mohalla has a lot of small businesses like ours. We fit right in. We don't have a big marketing budget or any of that. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them about us. We just try to be straightforward. If we can help you with your stuff, we will. If we can't, we'll just tell you. It’s a simple way of doing business. New Delhi 110092 is where we call home. It's not always perfect and things get messy, but we keep the place running day after day. We like the pace of this neighborhood even when it gets a bit much.
