Our office is situated in the West Bengal Housing Board area, specifically Flat No. 4/7. This is part of the N. A. Co-Operatives Society over in Asansol, which falls under the Burdwan district. It’s a residential block, so it doesn't feel like a typical factory or a big business center. The flats here are older, but they have a lot of character and it’s a very settled neighborhood. Most people living around here have known each other for years. Working out of a housing board flat means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we keep things pretty quiet. It’s a bit of a climb up to the flat, but once you’re inside, it’s a functional space for our paperwork and meetings. Asansol is a busy town, and being in the co-operative society gives us a bit of a break from the main road noise. We usually start our day early when the sun comes up over the buildings. There’s a small group of us here, and we just go about our business without much fuss. It feels more like a community spot than a branch office of a big company like Graphite India Ltd. We’ve got our files and our desks set up, and we just try to keep things moving along. It’s a practical way to operate, and the location in Burdwan district is convenient for the local work we handle. We take things one day at a time here.
