You can find Asu Trexim Pvt. Ltd. over at No. 5/6 in Doctors Colony, right by the City Center. Being in the City Center means it's always crowded outside. Our office isn't very large, but we fit everyone in. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the trading business. There are stacks of files on almost every desk. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We’ve been in Doctors Colony for some time now, and we know all the neighbors. It’s a good spot to be. We handle imports and exports, so there is always someone checking a tracking number or talking to a shipping agent. We don’t have a fancy dress code. Most days it’s just casual clothes because we’re busy moving things around. The phone rings a lot, usually at odd hours because of the time zones. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is always on. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see glass walls and modern art. It’s just a regular office with computers and a lot of box files. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait around, which is annoying. But mostly, we just get on with the trading. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things get from one place to another without getting stuck at a port somewhere. It’s what we do every day.
