Zares Technologies

We work out of the Software Technology Park of India. It’s a big complex, but we have our own small office tucked away inside. It is mostly just a room filled with desks, chairs, and a lot of humming servers. We spend our hours developing software and checking for errors in the systems we manage. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of concentration and way too much tea. The office doesn't have much in the way of decoration, just a few posters and some whiteboards covered in scribbles that only we understand. We’ve been here for a few years now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We arrive, log in, and start working through the list of tasks. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building is a bit too cold, so you’ll see us wearing sweaters even when it’s hot outside. We don't have any big slogans or a marketing department. We are just a group of people who are good with computers and enjoy solving technical problems. The tech park is a busy place with a lot of other companies, but we mostly just stick to our own space and get our work done. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady and it keeps our minds busy. We just focus on the code and making sure everything runs like it should. Usually, we head out around six unless something breaks at the last minute, which happens more than we'd like.
