We are Svadharma Pradakshina Developers Private Limited. You can find our office on the second floor of Plot No. 28, right near Awanti Bai Chowk in Junwani. This part of Bhilai, around Sunder Nagar and Kohka, is always moving. There is a lot of development happening around Durg, and we are right in the middle of it. The office is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it gives us a good view of the street below. It’s a standard workspace with some desks and a small area for visitors. We don't have any flashy decorations or a big sign with lights. Usually, the room is filled with the sound of fans and people talking on their phones. We spend a lot of our time looking at land plans and talking to folks about their projects. It gets pretty humid here in Chhattisgarh, so we try to keep the windows open when there is a breeze. Being at Awanti Bai Chowk makes it easy for people to drop by after they finish their other errands. We aren't a huge team, just a few of us who have been working together for a while now. We know the local area quite well since we spend so much time out and about. We don't use any complicated language to talk about our work. We just develop properties and handle the paperwork that comes with it. It’s a steady job and we like the people we meet. Life in Bhilai is busy, and we are just another part of that.
