We are based in Gawali Para, right near the Congress Bhawan in Durg. You’ll find Shilpi Coloniser Pvt. Ltd. at the place of Shri Govind Prasad Kashyap. It’s a local spot, and we’ve been part of the community here in the 491001 area for quite some time. We do a lot of work with land and colony planning, which keeps us busy most days of the week. The office stays pretty active with people coming in to ask about plots or just to say hello. It isn't a stiff environment; we usually have the windows open and there's a lot of talk about the local news. We don't use big words or try to act like we're more important than our neighbors. Being a coloniser in Durg means you have to know every corner of the town, and we think we’ve got a pretty good handle on it. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit tough, but we still make it into the office. We handle the paperwork, the planning, and all the little details that come with developing land. It’s a lot of back and forth with different departments, but that’s the job. We keep our records in big folders and try to stay organized, even when things get hectic. It’s a family-run feel even if we’re a private limited company. We’re just here doing our bit in Gawali Para.
