Our office is located at 40/5 in Nehru Nagar East. The company name is Siggad Buildcon. We are a small outfit doing construction work around town. We like being in Nehru Nagar because it’s a residential area and it’s not too noisy. Our office is quite plain. We have a few tables, some chairs, and stacks of documents related to our current jobs. We don't have a big team of sales people. We just have the people who actually do the work. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and checking on progress. When we are in the office, we are usually on the phone with suppliers or looking at the budget. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things. If someone needs a project done, they come and talk to us. We give them a straight answer about how much it will cost and how long it will take. We don't like to overpromise. It’s better to be honest from the start. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the locals know where to find us. We often sit together in the evening to plan for the next day. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We just keep focused on the bricks and the cement. That is how we have always operated.
