Sai K. S. Associates

You can find us at Kay House in Sundar Vihar, which is over in the Kurd area of Bhilai. Sai K. S. Associates is the name we use, but most people just know the building. We’re in the Jamul P.O. section of Durg District. It’s a bit of a residential-meets-commercial area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main city center. We’ve been operating out of this office for quite a while now. We handle various associate-level tasks and business dealings, mostly just keeping things moving for our clients. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and a lot of paperwork. We don’t really do any big marketing pushes or anything like that. Usually, people find us because they were told about us by someone else. The team here is small, and we’ve worked together for years, so we have our own way of doing things. Sometimes it’s a bit disorganized when things get busy, but we always manage to get the job done eventually. We aren't looking to be some giant corporation. We just like being part of the Bhilai community and doing our part. It’s a steady pace of life here in Sundar Vihar. We drink a lot of tea and work through the files one by one. That’s about as exciting as it gets for us, and we’re fine with that. It’s just how we do business around here.
