Our workplace for Msp Metallics Ltd is actually out in Village Andi, which is near Post Tahsil Dondilohara. It’s quite a way from the bigger cities like Durg or Jharsuguda, though we are connected to both in different ways. Being out in the Chhattisgarh countryside means life moves a bit differently. We deal with metals and the heavy stuff that comes with that kind of industry. It’s a hot job, and you’re usually covered in a bit of dust by the end of the shift. The village is small, so we see the same faces every day at the tea stall near the entrance. We aren't some sleek tech company with glass walls. We have heavy machinery and old trucks moving in and out of the yard. The sun gets really intense out here in the summer, and we all just try to stay hydrated and keep the machines running. There’s a lot of maintenance involved, and things break down more often than we’d like. We just fix them and keep going. It’s hard work, but it feels good to be productive out here in the 491771 area. We don’t have a fancy website or a PR person. If you want to find us, you have to drive down to Village Andi and look for the main gate. It’s been this way for a while now, and we’re used to the rhythm of the place and the local weather patterns.
