Our place is at EWS 167 and 168 in Vaishali Nagar, Bhilai. This is in the 490023 zip code area of Chhattisgarh. We are in a residential housing colony, so our office is quite small and feels like a home. It’s basically two units joined together. We don't have a big corporate entrance or a receptionist. You just come to the door and one of us will let you in. Bhilai is a busy city because of the steel plant, but Vaishali Nagar is a bit more relaxed. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a lot of folders stacked on the shelves. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't use any marketing phrases or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local company doing our daily work. The summers here get very hot, so we have a couple of coolers running all the time. We see our neighbors every day and they know what we do. We don't have a big team, just a few people who have been together for a long time. We drink chai from the local vendor and talk about the work we have to finish. It’s a very simple and practical way of running a business. We like being in this part of Bhilai because it’s where we belong.
