We are based in Charoda, over in the Indira Nagar area. Being in Durg, Chhattisgarh, means we are right in the middle of a very active community. Our office at Bmy is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a fancy glass building. It’s just a regular place where we get our daily work done. The pin code is 490025 if you’re looking for us on a map. We’ve been here for some time now and most of the neighbors know us by name. It gets hot here in the summer, but we manage. The staff is quite small, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We don't spend money on big posters or radio spots. We think word of mouth is enough. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet is slow, but we just deal with it. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the files. Charoda has its own pace and we fit right into it. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us busy with some logs or talking to a regular. We keep the doors open and the fans running. It’s just a normal workplace. No corporate talk or long meetings about nothing. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. That's how we like it. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping things moving in our corner of Durg.
