We are located at House Number 5 in Ward 14, which is in the Kailash Nagar area of Bhilai. Durg 490026 is the area code if you are looking it up on a map. Our place is Jagnaika Build Private Limited. It’s a residential street, so it’s mostly houses around here. We decided to work out of this spot because it’s close to where we live and it keeps things simple. Kailash Nagar is a pretty tight-knit community, and you see the same faces every morning when you go out to get some tea or bread. Our house-office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular Bhilai home with a couple of rooms set aside for our files and the computer. We spend a lot of time out at sites, but this is where we come back to do the boring stuff like payroll and planning. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked scooters, especially in the evenings when everyone is back from work. We like it this way though. It’s not like being in a cold office building downtown where you don't know anyone. Here, we know the neighbors and they know what we do. We just keep working on our building projects and try to stay out of the way of the local traffic. It’s a practical way to run a small business like ours. Usually, someone is around to answer the door if you stop by.
