Innovator Solutions

Innovator Solutions is based out of Durg. It’s a place we have known for a long time, and being here feels right for the kind of work we handle. We don’t have a big, shiny office building in a metro city; we just have our setup here in Durg where we can actually focus. The day usually starts early with everyone checking their messages and seeing what needs fixing or solving. We call ourselves Innovator Solutions, but really, it’s just us trying to figure out better ways to do things for the folks who ask for our help. Some days are slow and we spend a lot of time just talking through ideas over tea, while other days are a complete rush where nobody has time to sit down. The office has a lot of cables and papers scattered about because that’s just how we work best. It might look a bit disorganized to someone walking in off the street, but we know where everything is. Durg is a good town, it isn’t too fast but it isn’t standing still either. We like being part of the local scene here. We don’t put up big billboards or try to sound like some giant company from the movies. We are just a group of people who are good at solving problems and we happen to do it from a small office right here. It’s a simple life and the work keeps us busy enough.
