F.T Infracon (Opc) Private Limited is located at House Number 9/5 in Gali Number 01. We are right in the Moti Para neighborhood of Durg. It’s a tight-knit area where everyone knows everyone else’s business. Our office is just a part of the house, which keeps things simple and the overhead low. We don't need a massive building to do what we do. It’s mostly just sitting down at the desk and making sure the infra projects are on track. There’s a lot of talking to laborers and checking on the price of materials like cement and steel. Durg is where we grew up, so we know the layout of the land pretty well. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples and tools, but we know where everything is. It’s a one-person company mostly, but there are always a few people hanging around to help out when things get busy. We don’t bother with fancy brochures or expensive ads. If someone needs work done, they usually just find us through word of mouth or by walking down the gali. The weather in Chattisgarh can be a bit of a challenge, especially during the rains when the streets get muddy, but we manage. We just keep working away at the projects and hope for the best. It’s a practical way to live and work in Moti Para without any extra stress or complications.
