Down here in Bhilai, things revolve around the industry and the heat. Evo Tech is right in the heart of Chhattisgarh. Operations have been running from here for a while, mostly dealing with technical services and parts. If you know Bhilai, you know it is a steel town through and through. The air always has that industrial scent to it. Our workshop is a bit cluttered, but we prefer it that way because it means everything we need is close at hand. This isn't some big tech firm from a movie; it's just a group of people who know how to work with machines and computers. A couple of computers in the office have seen better days, but they still run the software we need. A lot of time is spent on the shop floor making sure things are running the way they should. It gets incredibly hot in the summer, so a few big coolers are always running to keep us from melting. Suits or fancy clothes aren't part of the job. Usually, it is just jeans and a t-shirt that might have a bit of grease on it by the end of the shift. Local people are what make up this place, trying to do a decent job for the folks who come to us. There isn't much more to it than that. Most days end with locking the gates and heading home like everyone else in town.
