Bhoodhan Agriventures Private Limited

You can find us at Plot No. 2644/4 over by Nagrath Chowk. We are in the Swami Dayanand Saraswati Ward area. Bhoodhan Agriventures is basically just a few of us trying to do something different with agriculture. It is more of a private setup than a big cooperative. We spend a lot of time thinking about how to improve the way we handle the crops once they leave the field and head to the market. The office is right in the middle of a busy neighborhood. It is a bit noisy with the traffic from the chowk, but it is a good spot for people to find us easily. We do not have a bunch of suits or fancy furniture in there. It is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of sample bags of grain. We deal with various agri-ventures, which is just our way of saying we try different things to see what works best in the current market. Sometimes we win and sometimes we lose. That is just business. We are not some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a small team. Most of us have some background in farming or trading. We talk to the local growers and try to find paths for their products. It gets hectic around harvest time, and we end up staying late quite often. It is just how it goes when you are trying to build something.
