Sarvodaya Dairy Farm

Our shop is number four in the Shri Laxmi Narayan Complex, which is pretty easy to spot because it’s right in front of where they sell the Gupta Phataka. Being on Junwani Road means it stays busy from very early in the morning when the first milk deliveries arrive. Smriti Nagar is a fast-growing area, so we see a lot of different people coming in for their daily milk, curd, and paneer. The floor is usually wet from washing the containers, and we try to keep everything as fresh as we can. It’s a dairy farm business, so the hours are long and start before the sun is even up. We don't have fancy displays or air conditioning; just the big refrigerators humming in the back and the metal counters. Sometimes the queue gets a bit long in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work, and the noise from the road can be a bit much. We’ve got a small staff that knows most of the neighbors by name. We deal with the local suppliers and make sure the milk cans are handled right. It’s basic, honest work. The complex itself is quite crowded, especially during festival times because of the firework shop across the street. We just stay focused on getting the dairy products out to everyone in Smriti Nagar without any fuss or complicated processes. It is just a regular local dairy shop serving the neighborhood.
