Bharadwaj Buildtech Private Limited

We are Bharadwaj Buildtech Private Limited and our main spot is H.No.25, Sai Niwas, over in Janjgi, Kumhari. It’s basically a house that we’ve turned into our workspace. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes, which we like. We do buildtech work, so it’s a mix of construction and some of the more technical stuff that goes into modern buildings. Being in Kumhari is good because it’s a growing area and there’s always something to do. We don't have a big marketing team or a bunch of suits running the place. It’s just us at Sai Niwas. You’ll usually see some motorbikes parked outside and maybe some samples of materials lying around the porch. We talk to people plainly. No big words or confusing contracts. We just want to make sure the building work is solid. My family stays involved in the day-to-day things, so there’s always someone who cares about the quality. We’ve had some long days and some short ones, but that’s just how this business goes. We don't try to act like we’re some huge international firm. We’re just a local company in Janjgi trying to do our part. If you come by H.No.25, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some site drawings. It’s a simple life and we like the work we do. It keeps us quite busy every week.
