We operate Avishal Buildtech out of Katulbod in Durg. Our office is actually at Sunil Khichariya’s place, Plot Number 1 on Street 3 in Narsingh Vihar. It’s a quiet residential kind of area, which is nice because it’s not as loud as the main markets. We started this LLP to handle buildtech work around this side of Chhattisgarh. Most days, you’ll find us sitting around the table at Plot 1, going over the numbers or trying to source materials from local suppliers. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy reception desk with a secretary. It’s just us doing the work ourselves. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and wave while we are loading up the car with tools. Katulbod is a good place to be based because we can get to different parts of Durg-490022 pretty quickly. We’ve spent a lot of time learning the local soil and how the weather affects the curing of concrete around here. It’s practical stuff that you only learn by being on the ground every single day. We don't really do the whole corporate thing; we prefer just talking to people like normal humans. If someone has a question about a project, they just come by Street 3 and we talk it through. It’s a slow and steady way of doing things, but it works for us. We keep the files organized and try to stay ahead of the deadlines, even when things get a bit chaotic with the labor and the weather.
