Mahaveer Enterprises

Mahaveer Enterprises is situated right in front of the Tehsil in Sagwara. We are on Banswara Road. It’s a busy spot in the Dungarpur district. There are always people coming and going from the government office across the street. We have a small shop that sells various items. It’s not a modern store with glass windows. It’s more of an open front where people can just walk up. We have some benches outside for people to sit while they wait for their turn. The dust from Banswara Road can be a bit much, but we sweep a few times a day. We’ve lived in Sagwara all our lives. This business is how we support the family. We don't have any marketing plans or big slogans. We just try to have the things people are looking for. Sometimes the rain comes in through the front if the wind is blowing the wrong way. We just pull the tarpaulin down and wait it out. It’s a simple way to make a living. Most of our customers are farmers or people from the local town. We know their names and their families. We keep a ledger on the counter to write everything down. My handwriting isn't the best, but I can read it. It's just how we've always done things here in Sagwara. It’s a friendly place, even if it’s a bit worn out around the edges.
