We have that ISO: 9001-2000 tag, which we keep on the paperwork to show we follow the rules. The office itself is pretty modest. Banswara is a smaller place compared to the big cities, so things move a little slower here, which we don't mind. We have our computers set up and we deal with various tech solutions throughout the day. The heat in Rajasthan can be something else, so we keep the fans going at full speed almost all year. It’s a bit of a walk from the main market, but it’s a good location for us to focus. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s more of a walk-in-and-say-hello kind of place. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to solve problems for the people who hire us. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait for the generator or take a break for some chai. It is just real life here. We take the work seriously but the environment is very relaxed. Just some local guys doing technical work in Ratitalai.
