Down here in Sabla, in the Dungarpur district, you’ll find us at Bhavsar Mohalla. Aiac Construction (Opc) Private Limited is run by me, and my family has been in this area for a long time. My father, Purshottam Shivlal Bhavsar, is well known around here, and I try to keep that good name going with the work I do. It’s a small operation, mostly just me and a few local guys I trust. We don’t have a big corporate office with air conditioning and receptionists. Our office is right where we live and work in the mohalla. Sabla is a quiet place, but there’s always someone needing something built or repaired. I handle the projects one at a time so I can make sure things aren't getting messed up. Construction is hard work, especially in the heat we get here in Rajasthan, but it’s what I know. I don't use fancy marketing because word of mouth is what matters in a place like Dungarpur. If you do a bad job, everyone knows by dinner time. So, I just try to be fair and do what I said I’d do. It’s a simple way of running things. Sometimes the supplies take a while to get here, and that can be frustrating, but we manage. It’s just honest work in a small town, and that’s plenty for me.
