M. J. Business Park

M. J. Business Park is located out on Sagwara Road, right near the Vagadia Patidar Hostel. It’s a bit of a landmark in this area, and we’ve been managing the space here for quite some time. The park itself is a collection of different units and offices where various people come to do their work. We aren't a big city skyscraper, but more of a local hub for small businesses and workshops. It’s always interesting to see who’s coming and going throughout the day. We spend our time making sure the gates are open, the lights work, and the common areas stay relatively clean for the tenants. It’s a lot of walking around the grounds and talking to the people who rent the spaces. Being near the Vagadia Patidar Hostel means there’s usually some activity nearby. Sagwara Road is a main route, so we get a fair amount of traffic passing by the front of the park. We don't have a lot of polished marketing materials or a big sales team. It’s just us here on the site, taking care of the property and helping out where we can. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something that needs fixing or someone who needs directions to one of the units. We’re just here to keep the business park running smoothly for everyone who has a space here.
