So, we are based out of Refugee Colony in Deoghar. It's a place with a lot of history, and we've been set up here for a bit now. Arijit Bosu runs things, and it’s basically a family-oriented space since it’s connected to the Barai household. Being in Deoghar, life has a certain pace, and we try to work with that rather than against it. We deal with technology, though it might seem like a weird place for it if you just walk down the street and see the local shops. We have our computers set up and we spend our days looking at code and fixing technical issues. It’s not a glamorous setup at all. There are boxes in the corner and sometimes the neighbors' kids are playing loudly outside, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anybody with fancy words or a high-rise office. We just like solving puzzles and making things work on the internet. It’s a bit of a walk from the main temple area, but people know where Refugee Colony is. We’ve had a few people stop by just to see what we are doing with all these monitors. It’s a simple operation, really. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a decent way to make a living and stay close to our roots here in Jharkhand. We don't have any formal meetings or big presentations. Most of our decisions happen over a cup of tea while we sit on the porch.
