We are set up over at Sona Vihar, specifically Plot-R44 in Sudarshan Nagar. Being in the MIDC area of Dombivli East means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and workshops. It is a loud, productive part of town. Our building is not anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get our work done. We handle different kinds of solutions for our clients, which usually involves a lot of technical planning and physical labor. The office part is just a few partitioned desks near the front window. Most of the action happens in the main area where we keep the equipment. It gets pretty dusty out here because of the industrial surroundings, so we are always dusting off the monitors. We have a small crew and we usually eat our tiffin together in the afternoons. There is not much formality here. If the boss needs a hand moving something, he just rolls up his sleeves like everyone else. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit. It is a long commute for some of us, but we like the atmosphere of the industrial estate. We just take things one project at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule. It is a decent living and we know our way around the local suppliers.
