We are located out in the 562 300 pin code area of Bangalore, which is a bit of a trek from the main city center. Chef Hmshost India Pvt Ltd is mostly about the food business, specifically helping out with catering and kitchen services. It is a busy operation because people are always hungry and things have to move fast in a kitchen environment. Our spot in Karnataka is quite large because we need the space for all the equipment and the staff that comes in every day. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls, it’s more of a practical workspace where people are wearing aprons and focused on the next meal. The commute for some of our workers is long, but we have a good group of people who show up and get the job done. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing or trying to sound like a big corporation. We just focus on the ingredients and the recipes that we have to prepare. The area around here is still developing, so there is a lot of construction and dust, but inside our facility, we keep things moving as they should. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially during the peak times when everyone wants to eat at once. We just keep our heads down and make sure the food goes out on time to whoever is waiting for it at the end.
