Plama Developers

Our place is at 195D Anna Nagar in Palani. We are down here in Tamil Nadu. We work as developers, which mostly means we are involved in building things and managing local projects. It is a lot of hard work and we are usually covered in dust from visiting the construction sites. Anna Nagar is a busy area and our office is right in the middle of it. It isn't a very large office, just enough space for a desk, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints. We don't have any fancy receptionists or coffee machines. We just do the work. Being a developer in a place like Palani means you have to know the local rules and the people. We’ve been here long enough that we know how things work. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains a lot, but we just keep going. We handle the materials and the labor and try to make sure everything gets built the way it was supposed to. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do every day. People come to us when they have a piece of land or a plan for a building. We talk about the costs and the time it will take. It’s a very hands-on business. We are just regular people working in the construction trade and trying to finish our projects on time. There's always some concrete being mixed somewhere around us.
