Phoenixash Bones & Seafoods P. Ltd.

It is a bit of a strange mix, bones and seafood, but that is what we do here at Phoenixash Bones & Seafoods P. Ltd. We are over in the Pkc Building at 225-A, Lakshmi Puram. It’s an old building, but it works for us. The logistics are the hardest part of the day. Dealing with seafood means timing is everything. You can't let things sit around. Then there is the bone side of the business, which is a whole different process. We have a small crew. Most of the guys have been with us for years. We know each other's families and what everyone likes for lunch. The office is tucked away in a corner. It gets a bit cramped when we have all the paperwork spread out. Lakshmi Puram is a busy area, so getting the vans in and out can be a headache sometimes. We just deal with it. It’s part of the day. We don't really do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. It’s about being reliable. If we say we have something, we have it. The smell of the ocean is always around here, which I don't mind anymore. You get used to it after the first week. We just keep the floors clean and the cold storage running. It’s a job that keeps you on your feet. No two days are exactly the same around here. We just hope the traffic isn't too bad tomorrow morning.
