Smpcs Ltd.

Being near Konyak Church in Dimapur makes it easy to give directions. We tell everyone to just look for the church and we are right there. Smpcs Ltd. has been in this spot for quite some time. Dimapur is always moving, but this little corner feels a bit more stable. On Sundays, it gets very quiet around here, which is a nice change from the usual weekday bustle. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We don't have a uniform or any of those strict rules you see in big cities. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and talk about what’s for lunch. The rain in Nagaland can be something else, and when it pours, the sound on the roof makes it hard to hear anything on the phone. We just wait it out. Sometimes we have local people coming in just to ask for directions or a bit of help with something unrelated to our work. We don't mind. It’s a small community vibe. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of people in suits. We are just real people in a real office. The chairs are a bit squeaky and the floor is worn down in the spots where we walk the most. It feels like home after all these years. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
