Nagaland Polymer Industry

Our place, Nagaland Polymer Industry, is located in Shade No. 1. It is part of the New Complex inside the local Industrial Estate. It is a decent sized space, but we have filled it up with machines and piles of raw materials over the years. When you walk in, you will probably see big bags of polymer stacked up right near the entrance. It feels like a bit of a maze sometimes when we have a lot of stock. We started this whole thing because there was a real need for these kinds of products in our area. The staff who work here are more like family than employees. We usually take our lunch breaks together in a small, quiet corner of the shed. It is not the most peaceful environment with the big extruders running, but you get used to the constant hum after working here for a few days. We don’t have a big corporate office with air conditioning; our desk is just in a small partitioned area in the far corner of the shade. It gets the job done for us. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day, mostly just orders and shipping notes. The Industrial Estate is a very busy place, especially when the big trucks come in to pick up the finished goods in the evening. We try to stay on top of everything, but some days are much more hectic than others. Nagaland Polymer Industry is just a bunch of people working hard.
