You can find us at Post Behed in the Sakri area of Dhulia district. It’s a bit out there, in the Maharashtra countryside, but that’s where the work takes us. We do engineering, and out here, that means a lot of practical, hands-on tasks. It’s different from the big city offices. Here, you have to be more resourceful because you can't just run to a store for every little thing. We work with what we have and make sure it’s done right. The pace of life in Sakri is a bit slower, but the work is just as demanding. We have our small base where we keep the equipment and the files. It’s a humble setup, really. Most of our neighbors are farmers or run small local shops. We fit in well enough because we’re also just working for a living. Engineering in a place like Behed involves understanding the land and the local conditions. You can't just use a one-size-fits-all approach. Sometimes we’re out in the heat all day, and other times we’re stuck inside waiting for rain to stop so we can get back to it. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s rewarding to see a project take shape in the middle of the fields. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. We don't need much, just our tools and some decent weather to keep things moving along. It is good, honest work for us.
