Vascon Engineers Ltd operates out of this location at At & Po Dhulia in Maharashtra. We are based right here in the local area to handle the engineering needs that pop up in this part of the state. The office is pretty simple, nothing fancy about it at all. We have the basics like desks, a few chairs, and our equipment. Most of our work happens out in the field, so the office is more like a base where we check in and do our admin work. It can be quite a drive to some of the sites from here, but that is part of the routine. We deal with the local weather and the dust every day. The people working here are mostly locals who understand how things work in Dhulia. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the projects at hand, whether it is a small building or a larger piece of infrastructure. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we get the emails out eventually. We keep a lot of our logs and records in physical books because it is just easier that way sometimes. It is a very practical way of working. We know the local suppliers and the people who work on the sites. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
