Sumangal Sugarcane Agro Farms Private Limited is over in Dondaicha. Our spot is at Plot No. 27 in Shastri Colony. Dondaicha is a busy enough place in the Shindkheda taluka of Dhule. We focus mostly on sugarcane because that is what grows around here. It is a tough crop that needs a lot of attention and the right timing for cutting. Our office is not in the middle of a field, but it is close enough that we can get out there fast. We deal with the logistics of growing and moving cane to the mills. It is a lot of coordination with drivers and workers. Sometimes things get backed up at the factory, and then we have to figure out what to do with the trucks waiting in line. We are not a huge firm with suits and ties. We are mostly in work clothes. The colony is a quiet residential area, so we try not to make too much noise.
