Our operation for Organic Essense Farmers Producer Companylimited is run care of Laxman Khubaji Rathod in the Pimpalner area. Specifically, we are located in Draja Draja. It’s a small place and most people around here know each other by their first name. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy glass entrance. It’s just a functional space where we get together to figure out the logistics for the farmers in our group. Sometimes we meet under the big tree outside when the weather is nice enough. Managing a producer company involves a lot of talking and a lot of handwritten lists. We use a small room for most of the administrative stuff. It’s usually a bit crowded with sacks, tools, and old chairs. Things aren't always perfectly tidy, but we know exactly where everything is when we need it. The local roads can be tricky during the monsoon months, so we have to plan our trips ahead of time. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. It’s a simple way of living and working for us. We don't use a lot of high technology, just the basics to keep things moving.
