Our office is situated in Saraswati Colony in Dhule, and the address is a little unusual because it’s listed near Pole Number Src-1-12. S.B. Deshmukh Infra Private Limited has been operating from here for a while now. Dhule is a different pace compared to the bigger cities, which we mostly like. Our work is all about infrastructure, so we spend a lot of time looking at roads and basic construction needs around the area. It’s a practical business. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture in the office, just what we need to get through the paperwork. Most of the real work happens outside anyway. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. We don’t really do big presentations or anything polished. Usually, it's just a conversation and a handshake. The weather here can get really hot, which makes the outdoor work pretty grueling sometimes, but we are used to it. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving forward. Saraswati Colony is a quiet enough place to have an office, and we get along with the people around here. It's a local business through and through. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things that stay standing for a long time. It's simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the sun starts to go down after a long shift.
