Our place is over in Balji Wada, here in Nandurbar. It’s a quiet enough area most days, though things are always changing around town. We’ve been working on building and development stuff for some time. You can find us right in the middle of the neighborhood. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a few chairs and the files we keep. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to folks about where they want to live. Nandurbar has its own pace, and we try to stick to that. It’s not like the big cities where everything is rushed. We take our time with the projects we handle. Some days are slow, and we just sit and have tea while waiting for someone to drop by. Other days, it’s a bit more frantic with phone calls and people asking about plots. We grew up around here, so we know the corners of Balji Wada pretty well. It’s a good place to be based. The sun gets quite strong here, but we’ve got a bit of shade. Most of our work is just regular construction and planning. We don't do anything flashy. It’s just about getting the walls up and making sure the roofs are solid. If you’re passing through Balji Wada, you might see us out front. It’s just a normal office where we handle the day-to-day business of building things for the community. It works for us.
