Sachin Lunkad

My name is Sachin Lunkad and I’m based out of Shahada. Specifically, I’m at number 5, Sachin Niwas in the Vidhya Vihar Colony. Nandurbar district is a bit quieter than the big cities, and that suits me just fine. My office is basically just a room in my house that I’ve dedicated to my work. It’s got a window that looks out onto the colony road, so I see everyone coming and going. It’s a small-town life here. Everyone knows whose house is whose. I don’t have any fancy equipment or a bunch of staff running around. It’s just me and my desk. I’ve lived here for years, so the neighbors don't think twice about people dropping by for business. Shahada is a place where your word matters more than a glossy brochure. I spend my mornings getting through the mail and my afternoons catching up on whatever needs fixing or filing. The house is called Sachin Niwas because it’s been in the family, and it felt natural to just work from here. It keeps the costs down and stays personal. It isn't a corporate setup by any stretch of the imagination. Just a local man doing his part in a small colony. Sometimes I sit out on the porch when the weather is nice, just thinking about the next task. It’s a slow life but it’s a good one, and I’m happy to be right here in this part of Nandurbar.
