Cut N Carve

We are over at 1985, Lane No. 6 in Dhule. Our name is Cut N Carve, which tells you basically what we do here. It’s a bit of a different vibe from the big industrial zones. Being in Lane No. 6 means we are right in the middle of things. We work with various materials, cutting shapes and carving designs as per what the customer wants. It’s a mix of using machines and doing things by hand. The floor is always covered in shavings and dust, no matter how much we sweep. It’s a small team of us. We spend a lot of time huddled over a piece of material, making sure the lines are right. Dhule is home for us. We know the people who walk past our door every day. Sometimes people just stop by to see what we are making. It’s not a fast-paced factory line. We take our time to get the carving right. If we mess up a piece, we have to start over, which is a pain but that's how it goes. We don't have a big fancy showroom. Just the workshop where the work happens. People bring us their ideas and we see if we can make them real. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. Most of our tools have been with us for years.
