Majhi Enterprises

Majhi Enterprises is sitting right in the middle of Village and Post Kumunda. We are in the Angul district. This is a very quiet area compared to the big towns. Our office is basically just a room in a house near the post office. We do a little bit of everything here for the local people. We know almost everyone who lives in Kumunda by their first name. The air here is clean and we can see the fields from our window. We start our day very early when the sun comes up. Sometimes we have to work late into the evening if a lot of people need things at once. We do not rush through our work because we like to get things right. Most of the business we do is through face-to-face talk. We do not have a website or any fancy brochures to show people. This is one of the few times we have actually written anything down about ourselves. We have some storage space in a shed out back for our supplies. The rainy season makes the roads around here very muddy and slow, but we still manage to keep things moving. We do not have big meetings or corporate titles. It is just a few of us working hard to make a living. We are quite happy with our simple life in the village. We hope to stay here and keep doing what we do for many years.
