We are located at No. 2 on the ground floor of Eureka Tower. It’s a well-known building in Hubli, right near the KC Circle. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in off the street without having to climb any stairs. The area around KC Circle is always humming with activity. There’s a lot of dust and noise, but that’s the heart of the city for you. The office itself is quite compact. We’ve got our files and a few phones that seem to never stop ringing throughout the day. We handle a mix of everything here, from local drops to longer trips out of town. We’ve been in Eureka Tower for a while now, so the locals know where to find us when they need a ride. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, but with so many people coming in, it’s a constant battle. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know how to manage the chaos. We don’t use any fancy talk or complicated booking processes. You tell us where you need to go, and we see which car is free. It’s practical and it works for us. Sometimes the traffic outside gets so backed up that we can see the queue of cars from our window. It’s just another day in the office for us here at Eureka Tower.
