Our building is located right behind the Shri Ganesh Temple, which is the easiest way to explain our location to anyone coming over. The pin code here is 580 003. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a very grounded, local kind of office. It doesn't look like a big industrial headquarters; it’s more like a regular building that fits into the residential feel of Srinagar Extension. We don't have any polished corporate marketing or big slogans on our walls. Inside, it’s all very practical. We have desks, some technical drawings, and plenty of folders for our administrative work. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just focus on the daily tasks that come with being part of the Tiwac Division. The atmosphere is quiet, though we do hear the temple bells from time to time, which is actually quite nice for the work environment. We are a small team and we pretty much handle everything ourselves without a lot of hierarchy or red tape. We don't have a formal reception or a bunch of promotional brochures. We just do our work honestly and keep things moving. It’s a simple, functional space where we put in our hours and focus on the practical side of the industry.
