Our place is Plot No.40-41-A in the Tarihal Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of town with lots of other businesses around. We handle oil extraction here, which is a loud and greasy job most of the time. The machinery is older but it still runs fine if you take care of it. Most of our day is spent checking the equipment and making sure the seeds are being processed right. We have a small crew of guys who know the machines out. It's not the cleanest work, you definitely go home smelling like oil every night. The industrial area can get pretty dusty when the trucks are moving in and out, but that's just the way it is here. We don't have a big fancy office or anything, just a small desk in the corner where we keep the paperwork. Usually, we're out on the floor anyway. People know us in this area because we've been at this plot for quite a while now. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the drums filled and loaded. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, which is frustrating, but we manage. It’s just regular work for regular people. We don't make any big promises, we just show up and do the extracting. It keeps us busy and pays the bills. We've been here through the good times and the slow times too.
