Suvidha Event Managers

Suvidha Event Managers operates out of Nidavani Nivas on 3rd Cross in the Vidyagiri area of Dharwad. We are directly opposite the Suvarna Petrol Bunk, which makes it very easy for people to give directions to our place. It’s a residential building where we’ve set up our workspace. We don't have a storefront with big glass windows. Instead, we have a couple of rooms filled with event supplies and a lot of notebooks. We handle local events like weddings, birthdays, and community gatherings. It’s a family-run thing mostly. We’ve lived in Dharwad all our lives and know how people like things done here. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just like organizing things and making sure the food and chairs show up on time. Most days we are out meeting vendors or checking on venues around Vidyagiri. When we are in the office, we are usually on the phone or sketching out floor plans. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stuff back from an event, but we keep it organized enough to find what we need. People usually just call us or drop by when they see the lights on. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just manage the details so the families don't have to worry too much. It’s decent work and we’re glad to be doing it here.
