You can find us on the second floor of the Dharwad Trade Centre. The room number is F 15. We are right across from the Dhamodhar Complex, and the NTTF building is quite close by too. Being up on the second floor means it’s a bit quieter than the street level, which is nice when you’re trying to talk to someone. We spend most of our time looking at maps and booking things for people who want to get away for a bit. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up and we have to tell people to take the stairs, but most don’t seem to mind much. We’ve got travel brochures sitting around everywhere and a few old desks. It’s not a very big space, but it works for what we do every day. People come in with all sorts of questions about where to go and how to get there. We just try to give them the right answers without making it too complicated or confusing. It is just a regular office where we help people plan their trips. Most of us have lived in Dharwad our whole lives, so we know the area and the people well. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just helping folks figure out their travel stuff. If you are near the Trade Centre, you can just pop up to the second floor. We are usually there from morning until evening, just getting through our daily tasks.
