You will find us at Sawar Complex on P B Road in Dharwad, quite close to the KEB office. Being near the electricity board means everyone knows where we are. The office is a simple room on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just step inside from the main road. The traffic on PB Road is constant, so there is always a bit of a hum from the buses and cars outside. We have a long name, Shri Navadurga Prasad Tours And Travels, but most people just know us by our location. Inside, we have a couple of old wooden desks and a few cabinets for all the trip records. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us and the drivers. We spend a lot of time checking the vehicles and making sure the oil is topped up and the tires are good. Sometimes the power goes out, which is ironic being so close to the KEB, but we just keep working by the light from the door. We don't have any mission statements or corporate values stuck on the walls. We just have a calendar and a clock. It is a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We take the bookings as they come and try to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible on the day of the trip.
