Our office is located in Shri Guru Kripa Nilaya, right on P B Road in Dharwad. It’s a good spot because we are right opposite the Jyothi Petrol Pump, so nobody ever gets lost trying to find us. Dharwad is a much more relaxed place than the big metros, and our work style reflects that. We handle a lot of engineering and software tasks from this building. It’s a two-story place with a lot of light coming in through the front windows. We have been here for a good amount of time and have become part of the local scenery. Most of us walk or ride our bikes to work because everything is close by. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a few whiteboards covered in scribbles and diagrams. We aren't big on ceremony or formal meetings. Usually, if someone has a problem, they just walk over to the next desk and ask. The building itself is quite traditional, which we like. It feels solid and dependable. We spend our days working through technical problems and making sure our designs are correct. Sometimes we take a break and stand out by the road to watch the traffic go by. It’s a steady, honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the community here in Dharwad. We share our lunches and talk about local news while the fans spin overhead. It's a simple life.
